Job Title: - Multi Skilled Building Services Engineers. ( With Electrical or Mechanical Bias)
Location:- Mobile South - Middlesex
Report :- Maintenance Supervisor*Area Services Manager
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain all building services equipment and systems to agreed schedules and standards
Comply with all site H&S processes
Identify to the regional administrator any spares and material that require ordering
Co-operate and co-ordinate with other engineers*sub-contractors to ensure efficient and safe working procedures are maintained
Undertake any other general maintenance work required such as minor furniture repairs
Undertake small moves of client personnel including furniture and equipment
Undertake work at designated satellite sites as instructed
Ensure all vehicles used are maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition at all times and any defects reported to the Area Manager
Liaise with the regional administrators to undertake any maintenance requests from the client in accordance with SLA`s

Personal Experience*Qualifications*Skills:
Minimum C&G and full apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical
At least five years relevant experience in a similar role
16th Edition and*or Acops*ACS gas qualification
Good customer skills
Clean full driving licence for the mobile positions
Sound knowledge of H&S requirements
